Over the last few years, I have seen an increasing need for low-cost altar boy robes that do not compromise quality workmanship or quality materials.  To meet this need, I now offer several options for altar servers robes.  All robes are sewn in a traditional Greek style with galloon neck placket and double bands of galloon at the sleeves and hem (please see photo below).  They are all unlined which keeps the cost down and the altar server cooler and more comfortable.

Each order is custom-tailored to your set of individual measurements and each robe is then assigned a number tag which is sewn into the neck.  You can then keep track of which altar server has which robe (Gregory is robe #3, Michael is robe #7) and as boys grow into larger sizes, you can then just re-assign the numbers (Gregory is now robe #7, Michael is now robe #8).  

To order, please choose a fabric (e-mail or phone me if you have trouble deciding which fabric best suits your needs), fill out an altar server´s measurement sheet (below) for each altar server´s robe, and e-mail or phone for payment instructions.  I require a 50% deposit for an order of altar server´s robes.

Three fabrics are offered:

Poly-Shantung
Available in white, purple, burgundy, or royal blue, trimmed in gold rayon galloon & gold cross

This is my most economical option.  The fabric has a slight texture on the right side and  satin back on the wrong side.  It is extremely durable.  If you need lots of robes at a very reasonable price, this would be the best option.  The burgundy is especially nice-looking.

Available in solid white, white/gold, solid gold, purple/gold, red/gold, green/gold, blue/white, trimmed with either white or gold rayon galloon & white or gold crosses to match

This is a standard in many Orthodox churches and is excellent for matching existing robes or ordering a new set of robes.  It has a nice, simple, liturgical motif without being too expensive.

This is the best choice for altar servers robes.  It is an exceptionally beautiful and durable liturgical brocade.  By negotiating special discounts with my suppliers, I am able to offer this $35/yd fabric for just slightly more than the Wheat & Crosses robe.  The colors are lovely, and I particularly like the gold/gold/red or white/gold/red for every Sunday robes—the slight red accenting provides a nice contrast and a very rich-looking robe.
