Altar Server Robe Information
Many communities have a need for cost-effective altar servers' robes that do not compromise quality workmanship or quality materials. To meet this need, I offer altar servers robes made from high-quality brocades imported from Greece. All robes are sewn in a traditional Greek style with galloon neck placket and double bands of galloon at the sleeves and hem (please see photo above). Russian-style with galloon bib is also available (please see below). The robes are unlined which keeps the cost down and the altar server more comfortable. Each robe is finished with high-quality metallic galloon and a 6" cross on the back. I offer three brocade options in multiple colors (please click on the Swatches tab above to see the fabrics). The robes are $195 for boy's size robes and $225 for men's size robes. These prices haven't changed since I begin offering robes 10 years ago and I am happy to say that I have the lowest-cost robes in the USA. You can choose sizes one of two ways: by industry sizes like Boy's Small, Boy's Medium, etc. OR you can have your order custom-tailored to your set of measurements at no extra charge. Each robe will have a number tag sewn into the neck and the order will come with a blank assignment form. I can help you choose a collection of sizes that will serve your current as well as future needs.
To order, please:
- Choose a fabric (e-mail or phone me if you have trouble deciding which fabric best suits your needs or if would like a physical swatch packet).
- Tell me how you would like your sizes (industry or custom). Email me if you need help choosing sizes (krista@kwvestments.com).
- Enter your credit card info at the How to Order tab. My terms are 50% deposit, balance due upon delivery. For orders 10 robes or over, shipping is free. Checks can be mailed to the address on the secure credit card form.
- Let me know if you have a specific delivery date I mind. My usual delivery time is 6-8 weeks, but I can sometimes accommodate faster delivery.
Other options:
If your community prefers, I can add the Russian galloon "bib" at the chest for an additional $20/robe. Servers' oraria (stoles) are available for $135 for boy's sizing (12-foot or 13-foot) and $145 for men's sizing (14-foot or 15-foot).
